It’s about to be One Direction season around the world, and it’s going to last for quite a while.
As the boy band gears up to release new album Four next month, the five bandmates have announced a corresponding North American tour that will see them come to the States for a string of dates next summer.
A 17-city stadium tour will kick off July 9 in San Diego, Calif., at Qualcomm Stadium. They’ll continue through multiple sports stadiums and arenas throughout the summer months.
It’ll run all of two months, with a final show scheduled for Sept. 12 at Gillette Stadium in Boston, Mass.
Ticket details have not been revealed for the most part just yet, save for the July 11 date at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco, Calif. Tickets for that show will go on sale Nov. 14.
That on-sale date will precede the release of Four on Nov. 17.
